Mehtab maintains a general litigation practice with an interest and experience in corporate and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, construction disputes and foreclosures. Mehtab regularly represents clients before the Alberta Provincial Court and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and has experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Mehtab worked as a summer student at Lacourciere, LLP, subsequently articled with the firm, and joined Lacourcière, LLP after being called to the Alberta Bar in 2019. Mehtab earned his Bachelor of Laws from University of Leicester. Prior to attending law school, Mehtab obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
In his spare time, Mehtab enjoys watching basketball, travelling and spending time with his dog, Rocky. Mehtab is fluent in English and Punjabi.
